Tried a couple of 3 woods with the thought of replacing my old Great Big Bertha War Bird from 1998. However so far I stil prefer the trusty old Bertha, I would have thought with technology there would be a massive difference.
So what's the oldest club in your bag and how old is it

A Callaway 17 deg Heavenwood hybrid, which is circa 2002, but it's only been in my bag for 3 years, after finding it snapped in half in the trees of our 12th hole! Reshafted and gripped for £29!
I also have a bag in Ireland at my in-laws with two Callaway Steelhead Plus woods, circa 2000.

Putter 7 years
Hybrid 5 years
Irons and wedges 2.5 years
Driver and Fairway 1.5 years
712U 3-iron 1 week

The bag is finally balanced and complete.

In the locker gathering dust...
Backup SM3 52.08 and 56.11

My wedges. Bout 3 years and I still love them. Can't see them being upgraded in the near future. Everything else is new since last summer.

It'll be a toss up between my "Longridge chipper" and my "Scotty putter" I've had the putter for over 15yrs but the chipper looks older by virtue of its "worn but still usable grip" and "pitted shaft" with a "spot or two of rust on the head for good measure" but as I rescued it from the back of one of the sheds at work I can't guarantee its age so I'll have to go with the putter !...

I think I'd replace the purple and yellow bag first Bob
