No problem with the boots, I like hi-tops in normal use so these wouldn't be a big issue at all for me.


..... wearing those trousers (joggers) though is completely different. If he likes them (and from what I've read it was Rickie that requested them) then good for him, but I'd be sticking to normal trousers with the hi-tops.

It's time golf moved with the times. I actually still think he looks pretty smart. Would I wear it, no? But I do think he looks quite cool, and might encourage a few more youngsters in, yes!

What he said. I'd look a berk wearing it. But then again most young people would argue that older golfers also look like berks. If it generates interest in the game then so what.
