My driving was little off last night. I was standing on the tee with a driver when I saw a pink castle tee, I picked it up and teed my ball up on it. The result was a huge straight drive (?) , so thinking this was a fluke, next driver hole same again and again.... So tee is in the bag and now debating whether to buy a bag or mark up my wooden ones. :whoo:

But you havnt had a proper tee fitting!!
All this off the shelf stuff is ok, but you really need professional advice in this important area :ears:

One advantage is you'll never lose it with that colour :)

I am contemplating a fitting. Anyone know how long it takes and the cost? Should I see precision golf for this fitting ?

There is only one way forward and that is to go and search the course for more pink tees, because as soon as you buy any they will loose their magic. Or Mug the Pro :)

I'll do it for you. In fact, if you video your swing (rather than coming to see us), I'll offer it for just £9.99.

Then, every month we can send you 24 tees made to your exact specification. £29.99 per month. You get a free marker Pen and 3 Dunlop "distance" balls for signing up.

Sorted. :)

I used to use the Grey tees but changed to the Pink ones because they were so much easier to find!

Actually bought a pack of the Orange ones last weekend - first purchase of tees for probably 5+ years - but haven't got round to opening the pack as the 1 orange one I'd been using still works fine!

PM me your address and I'll send you the couple of pockets full of Pink ones I've collected!

If you have a problem with Pink, the Purple ones are the same height but a little harder to find.

Btw. It's not just a habit - though I collect Red, Tiny orange and White ones for mates. Proper Greenies do a scan/collect for tees before mowing tee boxes, so you are helping the course.

Thay can't be that easy to find - our place is littered with them!

I followed a group the other day. I got a bonus on every hole where after one of them used a driver. Free pink tee.

10 pink tees...

That's just lazy... still, I'll keep the place tidy for freebies. :)

Thank you for all the kind offers, will look out for the milled ones ! But i have heard there ones that have 17 deg angled head allowing you to "loft up".

I have been using the pink ones and the occasional orange one but I'm a traditionalist at heart and the gone back to the world of the wooden tee. Mind you, castle or wooden it couldn't save my driving today

Used grey tees now orange tees ( same height ) - fitting not required.

Certainly see lots of pink tees around the place
