Ogio Stand bag problem!

Recently bought a Ogio Wire stand bag that I used for the first time today.
I noticed when you go to pick up the bag, the legs do not retract and needs to be push back manually.
Has anyone else had the same problem, and has exchanging/refunding been quick and simple.

Apparently its a common fault, and Ogio have been known to be quite difficult is solving problems of their products.

Aye it a right pain in the heel. Mine does the same and caught my heel once.

A major downside for me. Wont buy another one.

I bought Jan one from AG which had a similar problem. Took it back to the shop and got a refund without any problems
