Odyssey WHP v Metal x

Seen on AG website that they are currently doing 15% off putters (as well as other items) and I am in the market for an odyssey #7.

Having tried neither, and possibly tight on time to get to AG, how does the white hot pro and metal x compare against one another. I currently own the white ice edition from a few years ago.

I have the white hot and love it. The metal X i didnt like too much.

Was that due to the more milled style face and feel that the X has over the the WHP?
