I've been looking at some on eBay and noticed on american golf they have them listed for women.are they for women?I didn't think there could be any difference

No, same as anything else. There is a very limited set of womens models but as a base they are not a womens line of clubs. My mothers one has a pink logo and I think the womens ones have been like that for a while
