Anybody looking forward to giving these a try when they're launched later this week?

It seems like another case of 'marketing speak' ie. drivers are always lower spinning and more forgiving, putters always roll the ball better, but I think (yes I know I've been drawn in by it) these might do what they say they do.
Apparently they've turned the insert upside-down in tests and it put backspin on the ball.

Mickelson's had one in his bag since the ryder cup, and McIlroy is using one instead of his Scotty that he was so keen to go back to when he was freed up from Nike clubs.

I was always under the impression that backspin/skid on a putter was undesirable?

I know when I went through a Quintic fitting with Raa, the goal was to reduce the amount of skid and encourage more roll.

It is, but that was when they purposely put the insert upside-down. The point is that if putting the insert in the wrong way up puts backspin on the ball then with it the right way round.......

I really don't need to be looking at putters but ever since I've seen the pictures of these I really like the look of the "V Line Fang CH" version for some reason. Not normally my type of thing at all but stands out to me from all of the initially available models.

I saw this thread and had a little bet how long it would be before you posted, closely followed by the hippocrite that is me

I like the look and th colour scheme. Will be interested to have a go and see how they feel off the face.... obviously am happy with my putter and will never change it!

I'm about 1/3 of the way through reading some testers reviews on a thread on another forum. The colour scheme seems a bit marmite but everyone so far loves the insert.

Which one!?

Every time you open the boot of your car I think you've started working as a rep for Scotty Cameron!!

Do they all come with a Superstroke grip?

Got my eye on the Odyssey O-Works V-Line Putter and on AG it doesn't seem like it comes with one but others do.
