Odyssey BackStryke Putters & Other recommendations

Played in a friendly bounce game at my old mans club today and one of the guys I played with had an Odyssey Marxman Backstryke putter. Got to admit it was a tad odd looking but also very likeable at the same time.

Had a couple of rolls with it and felt really good of the face and pretty easy to use, I'm in the market for a new putter and open to all ideas but something about this odd thing I like.

Anyone got one or used one and other recommendations?

The Backstryke seems to eliminate any idea of anything except a straight stroke
I tried one in the shop and attempted to wave it all over the place and it just wasn't having it!

Downside is the look - if you can get over that it'll be a killer.

Found it difficult to get over the looks and didn't putt with confidence. I guess it depends on what suits you and your stroke but I think there are plenty of better models out there

I tried the Two Ball version and was very impressed, they go for decent money on eBay so why not?

New ping tru roll putters are great. Guys on here been fitted for them and seem to like them. I've had mine for about a month and am certainly putting better....
