when starting out a friend of mine gave me his old set of clubs i got myself a bag from sports world and off i went now last year i decided after playing a year i wanted my own clubs a nice new set now being a cricketer i saw a set of woodworm golf clubs only a hundred quid and do you know i brought them and i tell you what i love them there so much better than the set my mate gave me but will pple be laughing at my woodworm clubs on the course or is it ok to be different !!!!

dont get me started on ikea brendy. the wife has took up some serious golf and cricket time with the rubbish she has brought back from that place. ive had many a "oh look they have put a hole in the wrong place here. i'll just get my drill" moments with there furniture. hope the dots and dashes are better for you maybe not perfect i know but it is an awfully long time since i got my b in english. lol

Ikea are wild, some of their stuff is fantastic and well designed. Then there is some of their kitchen stuff that should have public health warnings, while dandering around a few months ago, I saw a nice sink, put my hand in to see if it flexed like a cheap rubbish one. I nearly cut a finger off with the reckless finish/display.
Their new logo should be "Designed by God, finished by Freddie Kruger"

I thought that a year or so ago Woodworm pulled all the golf clothing they were doing for some reason. Not sure why, it was good stuff.

Seem to be hearing the name again so guessing they are back into golf and clubs too. The name is credible in golf clothing so why not clubs I guess.

Think I might wait for the Galvin Green Tour Blades though or you never know Nike might start making some clubs too!!!!

I could have heard wrong but the pro at our place was an avid fan of them and used to stock all the stuff upto a year or so ago when he said they had pulled out of golf due to a take over or something.
I didn't hear anything about them after up until recently so just asumed they were getting back into golf now after having not been for awhile.
