I have just been informed that as part of stag celebrations (not mine!) this course has been chosen as the venue for our golf day out in a couple of months time

Has anyone played this before and if so what are your thoughts on it?

Cheers in advance

hello matey, the last time I played it was about 5 years ago. It was in good nick at the time, decent course with a good collection of differing holes. there was one par 4 that had been shortened to a small par 3, to protect the houses, not sure if it has been changed since. There are quite a few houses throughout the course, but they are also netted off.

They have a driving range on site as well.

Played it few times, last being about 2 yrs ago and always been in decent condition and nice lay out.
Good mixture of holes with water guarding a few and few holes that are dog-legged and cant see the greens from the tee's and the greens have always been decent ,overall its a nice course and you should enjoy it..

Oooh and give Micheal Owen a wave he lives in the house to the right of the 18th tee lol...
