Non scratch leagues (more WHS carnage?)

Down here in SE Wales we have two non scratch "Leagues." Fills a gap for those not making the (however many each club has) scratch teams....

1) Wayfarers - handicaps 10-17
2) Hallets - handicaps 18 and over

Not heard from them about if their limits will change to reflect the imposition, sorry transition to WHS.......but they run from April - Sept. so they have plenty of time to make sense of the current "kerfuffle!"

Any noises from similar comps elsewhere???

phew... apart from the actual matches themselves are then played off scratch (sorry didn't say that in my opening remark.)

Folk who have significant changes around the handicap thresholds for these comps could find themselves excluded / changing

How is it going to work for a ballot on scratch events for example?
