I saw some actually in the metal last week, as a new member I was marking a card for has a custom fitted set of them. He is about 6'5" tall btw, so they were an inch longer than standard and 2 degrees upright, which is the opposite to what I need. Nevertheless I had a quick try with them and they felt nice!
Look nice. Just can't get into the Orka love
You ever hit any Homer? As good as anything Ive ever had the pleasure to hit, British company, excellent fit and follow up customer service? Whats not to like?
I thought the heads were made by highly skilled metal workers in Japan (as in Samurai swords), and the shafts in China?!!! :mmm:
How do either of those points not make Orka a British company?
Main components not made in the UK, only assembled here! :mmm:
Sorry I forgot you dont answer when people post, you just reiterate your point, wont waste my typing on you again
Orka would only be a truly British company if all the components were made here. Once upon a time Britain, and especially the West Midlands, were the 'Workshop of the World'. However Mrs Thatcher saw to that and most of the metal working skills have been lost. Incidentally, I started my working life as an Engineering Apprentice in the W.Mids, but ended up working in a variety of service industries for the rest of it! :mmm:
