Newcastle area - saturday 26th

Just wondering if anyone fancies a tag-along next saturday?

I'm looking for a game as my usual 4-ball has been broken up for the weekend due to their family commitments (all at a wedding)

I'm a 22 handicapper but struggling at times to get back into the swing after the bad weather. I can travel to you so if anyone is interested let me know.

I could be up for a game if it's reasonably early in the day, need to be back in Boro for around 4pm or so. Also have a car so travelling to a decent course is no problem.

So really you need to be no more than an hour away and be off the course by 2.30ish.

I'd be up or a 10am tee-time as that gives me time to get up a dn plenty of travel time.

how about we find a middle ground? What's your postcode and I'll draw up a short list

Hi, the course hasn't been decided yet but it needs to be near middlesbrough as Kellfire is on a time limit.

I dont mind if you play and can arrange to pick you up if it's on the way. Whichever course we play we need to be finish by 3ish for Kellfire.

Kellfire can get a fourball for £29 each if you fancy it but it would have to be a definate yes as we'll end up being stuck with the costs if you dont show

Wynyard have a competition on so that's a no go anyway. If Kev agrees I'll book a fourball for Knotty Hill and we can always have one no show if you don't make it Richy, how does that sound?

To avoid missing a spot I went ahead and provisionally booked a fourball for 10.50am at Knotty Hill. Only one winter green yesterday which he said might even be gone by Saturday. If you can both let me know if that's ok (work permitting for Richy) then we'll sort out a meeting time.
