Howdy
Been lurking for a while but figured its time to get involved (seeing as work looks like its going to be quiet for a few months might as well pass the time talking ***** on here)

Been playing since August 2012. Played a bit when younger but hadnt picked up a club in over 10 years. Got the bug again about 18 months ago and joined a club, which i have since left and am currently playing a few different clubs round my way (essex) until we find something we like.

Started August 2012 off 28 and now down to 18, all unofficial as never got membership done as there was just 2 of us who just wanted to play golf every week.

Got to 18 just playing stableford with mates and now scoring around 36 every round so probably time to bring that down a bit.

Nice welcome.

Was a member at Stapleford Abbotts. If we dont find anything better then will probably re-join. At the moment its a toss up between Wanstead/Toot Hill/Bentley. We cant make make our minds up though
