Just a quick first post to say hi as I have just joined the forum...

By way of introduction...

  • Married and dad to 2 sports mad boys (touchline duties impacting golf time!)

I played Tyrells Wood about 5 years ago - lethal greens from what I remember

How recently? I have only been there 6 years so probably don't know him but no doubt many will

I played your course a couple of years ago with a bunch of reprobates off here* and I enjoyed it thoroughly, nice clubhouse and good grub to boot. Loved the outside patio area where you could see the 18th green, mad drive off the 1st I think down a sheer bank, I went through the back with a 3w at 315yds :rofl:

Glad you enjoyed it, the clubhouse is lovely (Grade II listed from 1880)...and I agree, on a sunny evening there are few better places to enjoy a cold beverage than on our terrace with view over the Surrey Hills

Great place for information on here, I read a lot but don't post too often! Sure you'll enjoy!

On a slight tangent hows our ex-manager getting treated as Fratton Park? Did wonders for us but money talks (unfortunately)....
