Today i got my new Titleist Vokey Wedges

a spinmill 60deg with 4 bounce S200 shaft
a spinmill 56deg with 10 bounce S200 shaft
and 200series 52 deg with 8 bounce S300 shaft
All in oil can finish. They are Bloomin lovely.
All custom fitted(surprise surprise) they got a 4degree flat lie unlike my wrongly fitted Ping MBs with 3deg upright lies. Thicker grips and the bounces and shafts to suit my playing style

I certainly noticed the 7deg difference at address and impact! I feel that there is so much more i can do with my wedges even after a 3hour session. Because of wind conditions i couldn't get consistent distance readings but i struck them well and they felt good. I feel comfortable with them which in turn has made me feel confident of playing well and executing tricky shots, even in the short time using them today! I got a slightly stiffer shaft in the 52 degree wedge as this is going to be used more for full shots! I certainly got the ball stopping dead with the spinmilled but you could put that down to ace technique(trumpet blowing). lol.
what i did notice is that the oil can finish has started to wear already which was a surprise as it was my first use!
Later on next week my pro will re fit me to check if any further adjustments need to be made

In general happy with the purchase and recommend them to anyone interested!

No excuses this season MVP, these wedges are indeed 'weapons' - in the right hands of course!
No fun when the ball only lasts 3 holes though after you have skinned it with those sharp grooves!
What club are you forsaking to be able to carry 4 wedges (the 3 new ones plus PW)?

I give the clubs a week before they look 10 yers old matey, mine did. Bunker play certainly cleans a lot of the rust back off which then "grows" again fairly quickly but the fingerprinting on it wears very quickly.
Im going to be investing in a 52 deg wedge with spin milling though it may be md golf's version.

This is it . I got to choose from my 16 rescue club, callaway 3wood or a 3iron, i dont hit long irons too bad but i dont use my 3wood or rescue as often. theres 20-25yrds between 3 iron and 16 deg rescue 25-30 between recue and 3wood and 20 yrds between driver and 3wood. As im a relatively long hitter i dont get many long ones into the greens except obvious long par 4s and par 5s.
If my chipping gets better i can lose my putter lol!!

if i were you, which i'm not, i would keep the rescue club. Helpful out of tricky lies, and the club in the middle of the three you mentioned in terms of distance (im presuming) so it is therfore the most logical step. Plus I find that I am rarely in need of a 3 iron shot these days (no idea why!?) im either in need of a slightly longer or slightly shorter club...and this is after much practice all but perfected my long irons! I still keep the old 3 iron in the bag though, I just love the flight I get with it!
