New wedges, groove type?

I was looking at some new wedges yesterday. For a while now, all wedges sold have had to have conforming grooves, but any one with the old box grooves can use them until 2024 ish.
I looked at some limited run blue vokeys, at £160 each, just for fun, but didn't buy. For this money you can get more exotic Japanese forgings from Miura, Epon, fourteen, etc.
These are still offered in conforming, and non conforming versions.

Would you buy non conforming if you could, given that they are still legit to play for the next few years?

why not, Ive still got my MP10 with the old groves, can't see me changing until 2024 TBH

Yep. Bigger gutters move more water and grass. Why not have them if you can.

I have just sold a set of MP T Series and it is hard to tell the difference. The newer grooves do need cleaning out more often though.

Yeah am the same, infact might be a way of saving a few quid aswell
