New water proofs failed

Toady I wore my sunice typhoon water proofs top and bottoms for about 3 hours in the rain I was soaked to the bone and this is the first time I have worn these since I bought them from golf live in April, they have guarantee for 3 years so I tried ringing customer care all day with no answer and I also tweeted them with no joy. Personally I'm expecting for them to swap them.

Anyone have any ideas what will happen ?

At 2010 Corey Pavin ordered waterproofs for his team and they were found out to be useless - the day before they had to purchase all new sets

If your waterprOofs don't woRk them send back to the manufacturer

Yes but those were supplied by Sun Mountain not​ Sunice. Two completely separate companies.

Yeah if you got them from AG then juts go to your local store, they should sort you out no problem, I had nike shoes replaced 3 times by them.

You should be able to get a replacement set from the retailer. They do normally ask for proof of purchase but if you have the AG loyalty card they should be able to trace it that way

I have the loyalty card but as it was a golf live on a stool/tent I'm not sure if I used it.

Did you pay cash or card? Even if going back to manufacturer they may require PoP.

I am surprised that any new modern waterproofs are that bad. Sun ice are a decent make too.

Oh dear. Well that limits the option of returning to the store in you have no proof of purchase. Only other option would be contacting the manufacturer and hoping they don't request it.

FJ breathable half zipper top, FJ tshirt and a polar neck top all soaked as if they just come out of a the washing machine
