New TV Golf Channel
Now that the Golf Channel has ended I have been thinking why don’t we start our own? I propose we call it “Channel Fore!†although my solicitor friend says we may run into difficulty here. I have prepared a viewing schedule as follows:

7.00 GMTV – Golf Monthly TV. Daily golf news from around the country
8.00 Fore Your Eyes Only – Top secrets from the pros
11.00 Gone with the Wind – How to play in blustery conditions
12.00 Pinging in the Rain – How to play in wet conditions
13.00 Guns ‘n’ Hoses – The boys of the NYPD choir take on the Los Angeles Fire Department. American golf tournament
17.00 Gym’ll Fix It – Thin bird in a lycra suit shows us exercises that none of us will ever do. Quite good to watch though.
18.00 Living Next Door To Alliss – trip round the homes of famous golf celebrities
19.00 The Full Monty – cookery programme hosted by the great man himself. This week Colin cooks a Full English with guest star John Daly
20.00 Eastbenders – depressing soap opera about a group of Londoners trying to cure their hooks and slices
20.30 Strictly Come Golfing – Pro Am competition
21.30 Harry Putter and the Fairway of Doom – Film about a boy who tries to exorcise evil spirits from Azzaberyswth, a golf course in Wales, by using a 5 iron as a magic wand (reminds me of my own swing).
23.30 Swingers & Hookers – adults only. Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase ‘out to in swingpath’
