New trolley anyone? (only affluent golfers need look)

Bluetooth control?

How long till someone comes up with an App that allows you to take control of someone elses trolley and drive it right into the pond where it belongs? :D

The wife has indicated she will buy me my 'want' golf purchase this year as its a 'significant' birthday.... Not sure I will get away with that though...

So someone pinches your follow tool and off goes the trolly, or you drop it and and continue up the fairway turn around and the bag is nowhere??????

Christ, I'd want it to rake bunkers, put divots back, repair pitch marks and line my putts up for that kind of money.:)

Does the X10 select your club and hit the shot for you ?

On a more serious note I can never understand electric trollies for anyone other than seniors who struggle to push one around the course.

I saw someone on the hole in front of me last weekend who was about 30, I reckon, with a remote control trolley while his mates all carried. I would be embarassed to use one! Then again, this guy was dressed head to toe in colour matching Ping gear, was boasting about his brand new kit and hit the ball worse than I do (and being a 22 handicapper myself, that is saying something!!!) so I doubt he really cared about my opinion.

We caught their group up on several tees and they finally let us through begrugingly on one after playing all their tee shots. I'm by no means a big hitter but I happened to catch my 4 iron perfectly and the look on his face when it stayed on the fairway and sailed a few yards past his 'roughened' drive were priceless - made the round for me.

I play with lads who sometimes carry and when use a trolley they have powercaddy's.. It doesn't bother me what they do. I'm not sure why anyone would get hung up about what others use.

I don't see the need for an electric as the course we play on regular now is fairly flat. But last year I played on a few that I would have happily had an electric.

I am going to buy a new push trolley as I have had my tatty old pull trolley for years and the wheel keeps coming off...

I am absolutely furious at this, if I had been there I would have demanded to know exactly what he thought he was playing at, spending his own money on what he wants.
