Not sold on the looks, however I picked up a belly version in pro shop the other week and had a knock as I was bored, I could not miss with the thing!!
I would say, who cares what it looks like! Doesn't say you have an ugly putter on the scorecard does it!
Not really loving or hating it. Certainly with putters there is very little that would cause me not to use one if it worked ... well ok the Ping Doc17 was too much for even me when I had one.
Had it's first outing on the putting green today, initial thoughts;
1. High MOI keeps face square, very resistant to twist, which helps with my over the ball tenseness (is that a word?)
2. 'Tinny' sound/feel off the face which may take some getting used to.
3. Easy and simple alignment, the shape doesn't bother me at address as I'm focusing on the blade style face of the putter.
Made some solid putts with it from 5/6ft but it's something I need to work at. Got to put the work in this time to really make it count and see a serious improvement in my putting. This is a forum wide alert! Should I ditch this putter in the next couple of months, heckle/lambast/abuse me from on high.
My putting quest begins (again) and the first thing to do is track my putts over the round. If I can walk off with 36 putts, I'd be happy.
