Looks like they are finally replacing the very successful S55 irons. So so happy I didn't buy new irons before the season started. These will be replacing my now worn S55's. Love the look!

You mean to say they don't look clunky??? Hunk of metal more like.. Awful.

They're not bad, I actually prefer the look of the i irons instead. But put these up against Mizuno MP-5's, Srixon Z945's or the Titleist MB's and they're no where near as gorgeous.

Like the look of these, Im going to go to ping one day... When I am back playing club golf.

I like the number style too, modern and clean.

These just seem to give that clean look in general, no extra stuff, just metal on a stick in a pleasing shape.

Can someone tell me where the number SHOULD go, if not on the sole of the club? I'm debating what new irons to buy and Ping is on my radar (or as it's Ping should that be sonar?). Bit disappointed with the look of these in the photos, would need to see them for real and have a hit.

And also, when I'm explaining golf to corporate clinics who've barely heard of golf, why is there a toe, heel and sole on a head?
