New PB - hopefully my first "comp" win too.

So played in our Pro's stableford both on Saturday on Sunday, 34 points on the Saturday and absolutely gutted by that score, didn't feel like I played well enough on my single shot holes, my score was inflated by not getting 3 4 pointers and 2 3 pointers on my 2 shot holes.

Sunday I came in with 38 points which on handing my card the pro said currently was the winning score with only 3 more cards to come back so hopefully later today I should have some money in pro account, I also card 2 2's and at the time of hand no other had carded a 2 so should be some more money.

But best all I shot a 92 net 69 which by far and a way me best score on my home course and with an 8 and 2 7's....back in love with golf after some very dark weekends of not getting what I have been practicing to happen on the course, this weekend it all seems to have clicked, hopefully it happens again next weekend.

Now is the time to turn that positivity into improvement, this above any other time is when to practice and get lessons. Really drive home what you are doing well.

Don't think "hopefully", make it happen!

I hit 40 points today, never counted the gross but I'm guessing itll be around the same score as yourself. It felt really good. Even managed a birdie. Shame it was neither a comp or a qualifier.
