New look forum page in the magazine

For those subscribers out there you will have already received your May copy and noticed some big changes to the magazine, including the forum section. I think Alex and Stephanie have done a grand job but I'm interested on your thoughts about the new forum page.

As always I'm keen to understand what you like, what you don't like so I can try and submit content that best reflects the forum. It's unlikely I'll ever please everyone but I'll try my best

I understand what you're saying but, if you think about it, the Forum page isn't really for us. I f we've been paying attention we should have seen everything already.
In truth, it's a advert to draw people into the Forum and as such I thought 2 pages was, maybe, a bit much.
A single page does enough as long as Tiger and GM edit it well enough - no complaints from me yet!
I don't think the placing is overly important although being just after the letters pages makes it fairly prominent.
And if Bill has had to move from inside the back page then it's no hardship for us.

dont forget its still effectively winter, once the proper season starts there will be meets galore etc to add.

Picking a copy up tomoz from newsagent as fancy checking out the 'new' look mag.

I understand what Imurg is saying but personally I thought with two pages there was more room to show what was going on and so whet the appetite for potential forummers especially when the season gets into full flow. That said I also see it from GM's point of view and every page is crucial. Big thumbs up to Alex and Stephanie as I like the new layout as a whole

Yours was especially helpful Scott I'm going to try extra hard to ensure you get mentioned more often!

In terms of the changes keep your thoughts coming and also please share any ideas for how we could improve the pages so I can compile these for when we do the next review.

Thought it looked good but would agree that a second page could be added for meet reviews when they happen

Overall thought it being early in the mag is a very good idea

Also like the new layout of the whole mag

Jury is still out for me , think it may get lost in the rest of the mag , only had a flick through so will get better idea with a better read over the weekend
