Didn't want to hijack the other thread. Probably time to get my clubs regripped but never had it done before. Don't have a pro at the mo so looking online theres a shop locally doing the golf pride new decade multi compounds for £8 or thereabouts.

Not sure if this includes fitting. Are they any good? Got 10 clubs needing doing so reckon about £90 including fitting. Good deal, bad deal?

Thanks in advance.

That's why I decided to do it myself. Got them for £4.50 on ebay. My club pro fits other grips for £5.50, but I don't like them. Golf pride grips are excellent

Yeah going by the nightmare you're having I'll make an even bigger arse of it. 😃

Think I'll just pay someone to do it right first time.

Cheers for the feedback on the type of grips.

Not a Regrip, but have a new set gripped with Decades and have to say I love them! Should cost no more than £9-10 fitted, you should be able to get a deal for a full set also... I've in the same camp as you though, when they need regrouping no matter how easy people say it is, I will be getting a pro to do it!

It is so easy............I was wary the first time I did it but with the right solution they slide on with hardly any effort. Just find a video and instructions online, will also encourage you to do it more frequently and not play with worn grips that lose their tackiness.

Save yourself pounds!!!

I'm switching to Multicompound mid size. Where would cheapest place be to get them. Saw them on Gamola for around £8 each. Can get them fitted for £10 each. Did once get golf prides on Ebay and they turned out to be fakes.

Is there any value in buying the grips separately and paying a pro to fit them?

Or is the fitting charge higher if you're not also buying the grips from the pro?

What's the service like at Adoreforgolf? Always had great service from Gamola but if their prices and service are comparable it'll be worth looking at. Will need to regrip my Ping's before I sell on in the summer

I've always had trouble free service fom both, I'd rate them equally as being very good. Gamola will price match.
