morning
I am wanting to return to golf in a big way this year. I started to work offshore a few yrs back and i started to slowly stop playing golf and i havent even played in 3 yrs. I am seriously wanting back into it. I am willing to join a gym to get my fitness back up also with my job now i have plently time to play golf
I was playing off 4 handicap when i stopped and wanting to improve in that by the end of this year. I know alot of you will be saying no chance etc etc but i think i can do it tho. If i work hard and get back into it early i can hopefully manage it.
My clubs i have were custom fitted to myself nearly 8 years ago and think its time for a complete new setup.
This is the setup am going to be buying next week.
Driver : Titleist 907 D1 10.5 degree
Fairway wood : Titleist 904F 15.5 degree
Irons : Titleist 755
Wedges: Titleist Vokey Oil can milled 52 degree And 58 degree
Putter: Scotty Cameron Studio style newport 2
I am just going to go out and play a few rounds to get back into it and go for my handicap again at my local course but any help on routine practice and fitness tips would be good.
sorry for the long post and hope it makes sense
Regards
Richie
