Hopefully someone can help!?

Im going to Florida for a golfing holiday in a month and need a new Stand bag as my current one (Taylormade r7) is about dead :(

Anyone got any suggestions? Obviously golf gear alot cheaper over there so will also be trying to get the new Titleist driver and stocking up on Pro V's!!

I fancy the Sun mountain H2O bag, totally waterproof (when the hood is on) and it seems to have loads of space.

The new Mizuno Aerolite 3 for 2009 looks very nice, that golf warehouse uk is selling them for £55 already.

I have a Titleist bag. It is as waterproof as a tea bag. Can't recommend it for use in the UK.

A mate bought a Sun Mountain H2O which is totally water proof. Nice bag, but you do need to take your wet stuff (including clubs) out of it when you have played in the rain, or it will all go manky / rusty.

Ping always get a good write up.

I've always had an eye for the Ogio Edge Stand Bag, it can also be used as a cart bag.

Sounds very nice. I have not played any of those, but I have played two other Disney courses, The Palm (which abutts Magnolia), and Lake Buena Vista, both of which were superb, with lightening fast greens.

Have fun.

If you get there early enough to use their range at Magnolia, use it. They use brand new nxt tour balls, with Mickeys ears printed on them. You can (shouldn't but did) put a few in the bag, so you lose their balls not yours out on the course, and keep one as a souvenier.

I always like the look of the Cleveland stand bags and as they are bigger over there you should get a good deal. Of course all the big names (Callaway, TM, Ping etc) will be cheaper so get yourself to the largest golf outlet you can find and have fun looking round

Some time ago somebody on here was trying to find a Bennington bag but they are hard to get in the uk . I don't know much about them but it was a lovely looking bag where the clubs are housed radially around the bag ,in the picture that was shown you could clearly see every club ,whereas in most bags you find the shorter clubs hiding under the longer ones

Mizuno Aerolite: X lite, plenty of space for clubs, good straps, plenty of pockets and not going to break the bank. Available in plenty of colours. I'm using it myself.

Yeah, I was tryng to get one for the Missus, as she likes mine so much. Best of all you can get to each club you want with ease & protect your irons without the need for naff iron covers. Not sure how well the Standbag variant would work but I can vouch for the cartbag variant as being a product worth having. The shop we have one on order, is still waiting for the order to arrive... he-ho.
