Hey,

I generally manage to get from A to B with a drive and a 7 wood, however I have played a few longer courses that I needed to hit a bit longer, eg, a 5 or 3 wood.

Having never had either I thought I would try some out.

I tried a cleveland launcher and an MD EQL 5 wood. Not to familiar with MD, however they were both reasonably priced so I went with the MD EQL.

I have to say that it's mental. I am able to hit it 240+ in a straight line and it feel's great. Anyone else used any of these clubs. I understand that they are more of a beginners club but, I was impressed!!!

I got my first 5 wood on Monday, not much difference between that and 3 wood. I have already hit a par 4 284yd green in one with it.

Not in my book. My MD rescue is just as good as my Callaway, I just hit the heavenwood better as the pro-launch blue just doesn't suit me.

ANYONE NEED AN MD EQL RESCUE???

Cripes. We have some big hitters amongest us.

I'm now starting to feel inadequate!
I don't hit the driver much further except the one in thirty that absolutely middles, but not always straight. The last three rounds i've played, the driver stopped at home
