I am looking to fit a gap between my Driver and 19 Degree Rescue (Which I don't get on that well with)

I have tried the Taylormade RBZ2 5 Wood both in standard and tour model in stiff, but I find the shaft in them much too soft. I then tried the Adams Super S 5 wood with the Matrix shaft in and found it more stable.

Can anyone recommend that they have found successful?

I have toyed with a 3 wood but round my course it would give too much distance, thinking a 5wd would be perfect!

What about a 4 wood, I bought the vrs nike nexcor thing and reshafted it and increased the club length just by an inch to get back some distance (small I know !!). This club is good off the tee for positional shots and great off the fairway to get a look at par 5s. I would look at the ust shafts or gamola golf have some aldila stuff, currently running an old nv 65 in my driver and its working very nicely.
