Process changed due to the higher
handicaps?
Yes, you are now required to adjust any score of more than
double par at any hole to a score of double par (i.e. 6 on a
Par 3, 8 on a Par 4 and 10 on a Par 5). All other elements of
Clause 16 remain the same.
I understand (Direct from Congu) that clause 19 will remain the same for players with existing handicaps.

Just to correct your first post, ladies scores are reduced to a gross triple bogey when putting in cards for a handicap

Thanks I often missay what I mean.
It will be irrelevant now with the new calculations. Men and ladies will be treated the same.
