Need to channel my inner Tiger !

So watching Tiger transform from the last few days to today (ok yesterday wasn't actually that bad considering the tough conditions but today is way better), and hoping to channel some of that for tomorrow's game.

Last round of the winter league and my partner and I are 2 shots clear from 2nd place and four shots clear from 3rd place, wouldn't feel quite so bad if the format was something like betterball but its foursomes tomorrow (hardest of the 3 formats we play) and the last round often causes some big changes in the placings by the end (one year there was a six shot swing!!)

So up early (early to bed too) and hit a few balls on the range to warm up ... at least it will be good weather day (this round was cancelled a few weeks ago after torrential rain during the round). Hoping that a decent day with the clubs will see us through, 2nd place team will have 18 shots to play with and 10 more than us too !

Woohoo, ended up 4th today (just 2 shots behind leaders) but securing the overall Winter Pairs comp. Played fairly good, except for 2 holes, and didn't actually hole anything of significance on the greens all day, birdie on the last was enough to give us a 2 shot gap to 2 place.

2 time we've won in 4 years .... shame my partner won't be rejoining next year to defend.

Hoping its better this year as last year was dreadful for my golf.

Best bit was certainly the weather and playing in spikeless shoes without a mark/smudge on them by the end
