I would like to thank roseberry grange driving range for turning the lights off on me tonite. Then refusing to put them back on whilst I at least collected my stuff instead of leaving me to rummage around in the dark.

I would also like to thank them for not putting up any signs warning that the range lights just "go out".

I would also like to thank them for closing the range 20 mins earlier than it states it shud have closed after i complained about the light.

I would like to thank them for offering 3 tokens for £6 then refusing to sell me tokens and state i shud use pound coins

I would like to thank them for making me put 6 quid in the machine that only gave me 2 baskets - conning me out of 1 basket like the so called offer stated!!!

I would like to thank them for refusing to reimburse me for the balls i could not hit for being in pitch black




....I would like to thank them for the use of their putting green as it aloud me to chip the remaining 30 balls onto their under carpark floodlight to remind me that my chipping is SHAT!

terrible service i thought like. i did think about hitting a few skinny shots in the direction of the club house like..........however an interesting fact regarding this club, the village its in apppeared on sky ones toughest towns! now u know why being in the dark adds an extra edge to things

My range has also increased its prices and to be honest, I'm now inclined to go to the practice area if I can. Also hitting off of grass is miles better.

Nothing better than going and collecting 70-100 balls after a session, gives you a great idea how good your dispersion really is!

Can't really complaing about any of the ranges around my way with the exception of Blue Mountain. Overpriced and rubbish balls not targets and soulless.

That is dreadful! My range is great. From 9.00 til 10.00 I have the range to myself Monday to Friday. Prices are great, and staff are friendly.
My Mate has to pay £20 up front to join and it takes 40 visits (100 balls per visit) to get the money back with the mini discount it gives you!
Are these people trying to go out of business?

I sometimes use Strathclyde Park range and if you can make it monday-friday 9am to 10am you get 100 balls for the price of 50 (£3.00) and due to the snow and ice they had to bring in 3000 new balls coz the existing ones were invisible.

On way home from work I dropped in at the port royal range next to Edinburgh airport . It's changed owners since I was last there . The reception/bar area is now a coffee area with a table and wall now set aside for tees and jnr clubs . But my disappointment was that when I got my basket of 50 balls they were so worn I could hardly make out that they were Wilson balls I had 14 out of the 50 that were cut or split I complained at bar but couldn't be given new balls as he had no keys and wasn't gonna give me a new token . Needless to say I won't be using the place again.
