my new 3 wood.

put a post up the other day about the ben sayers m1 3 wood which i had full plans of buying as my new budget club.
so off i trots to american golf in cardiff today to pick one up.
explains to shop assistant reasons for budget club(im skint and have a wife who doesnt understand the need for new clubs).so he reccomends me try out the jack nicklaus ez up club as well.
down side for me was it was £50 instead of the £30 i planned to spend.after hitting the 2 clubs guess which one i bought.

jack won out of course.club felt really good for the cash and i havent stopped smiling all night.playing tomorow and cant wait..
i can see the first tee now in my minds eye..
i step up happy as a child with a new toy..
mates looking on eagerly cos ive been bigging up my new club..
few practise swing and then bang..
im in the flipping trees on the right.

first tee and it was sweet and sraight.
didnt care that it landed in the bunker cos it was better than the trees.8 iron out of bunker to just short of green which pleased me even more.chip and one put for a par 290 yd which beleive me is fntastic for me.pretty much everything else i hit all eve was utter crap but the start was good.
