1. I putt better than Ernie Els. Poor Ernie.
2. Kirsty Gallacher has very muscly arms.
3. Russel Knox uses a putter that is bigger than my car.
4. Monty has all the charisma of a wet Wednesday in Dudley.
5. Where is Radar?

I was thinking this. I like Rich Beem, but would prefer him to be in the comm box. Radar is way better on the course.

1. Muscly arms on women is very unattractive
2. Monty is not the only one
3. I hate the annual suck up to Augusta. Patrons, really?
4. I also miss Radar, I assume he is persona non grata there for observing a blade of grass out of place 6 years ago or equivalent
5. I'm still in pain now for Ernie. I like Ernie, his manner, his swing, he seems a really decent bloke. That was awful to see.
6. The colours at Augusta are still something to behold.

I know people moan about Golf coverage on TV or lack of it, but one observation from me would be.

Sky get me way more excited about the Masters than the BBC ever did, the constant Masters adverts and coverage has got me hooked and wanting more.

1. Why do the commentators insist on constantly talking about players having "good hands"? What does that even mean? Who has "bad hands"? What makes Shane Lowry's hands particularly good?

1. the fairways in Augusta are cut shorter than our greens
2. the rough in Augusta is cut shorter than our fairways
3. there is no tap-in distance for putts
4. Bryson Dechambeau is awesome
5. the Amen Corner stream is way less annoying than the main coverage

I for one am glad Radar isn't around - annoys the hell out of me. Thankfully not around at the Masters.

Ken on the course does it better for me. Really enjoy his insight

Horses for courses though

As someone who has had the pleasure of seeing Kirsty in the flesh a number of times including meeting her once when I worked for Sky, I can't honestly say I noticed her arms...

No Radar as there's no actual on course reporting, only a few of those towers dotted about.

No Nick D though? Thought he'd have been there as he was at Houston.

Like that Butch is back. Unfortunately, so is Monty.

1 - I enjoy both of Kirsty Gallacher's contributions.
2 - The Masters is amazing, because it signifies the start of the golf season
3 - August looks magnificent, but I'd imagine it looks a bit dull when not full of "patrons" - too open?
4 - I like Kirsty's arms
5 - Monty is improving year on year, and by the time he retires I think he will have nailed the arts of commentary & punditry
6 - Kirsty Gallacher is really quite good looking
7 - I enjoy Butch's contribution - but not in the same sense as Kirsty's.
8 - It's a shame Henni Zuel isn't there as well

Is Nick D doing Masters breakfast with Lee and Howell ?

They should front the main show IMO

I like Rich Beem but he's better in the box and the sky coverage lacks without Radar

Butch Harmon - commentating and pundit legend

Kirsty - not in Di Dougherty league or Sarah Stirk (my preferred choice) and doesn't seem to add much imo

Monty is a small part of the equation and is crap but no more so than some of the idiots BBC have used in their coverage of Augusta and the Open in recent years

Augusta is golfing heaven
