My GM Subscription Balls?

I've been a subscriber for over 2 years but have never received any of the complimentary golf balls, is there anyway that I could rectify this?
 
It depends on the deal on offer at the time you took the subscription out.
Sometimes you can get a really cheap price but no goodies, other times it's normal price but you get a dozen balls.
 
Nope, they are only for first time subscribers and depending on what option you choose. Usually there is a lesser cost version which has no 'freebies'
 
I subscribed back in December using a link from a GM email. Daughter used her bank card, as it was to be a gift for Christmas, received a letter saying card not correct type, so sent my bank details, starting early January.
Started receiving subscription mags ok, waiting for balls to be delivered, sent email last week inquiring the whereabouts of said balls, told no more stock left & won't be getting any stating "it's in our terms & conditions" which are not shown on the promotional email.
Result is subscription now cancelled, won't be renewed @ the end of the 6 months.
Be wary of these so called free goodies.

Log in to the clubcards rewards page search golf and option to trade £18 of points for 12 months subs amongst other bits and bobs, including double points for AG vouchers.
 
As usual..........as in every walk of life, loyalty is Never rewarded..........

Actually you'll find subscribers who renew benefit from a 20% discount on the cover price but we'd go out of business if we gave the everyone who just renewed their subscription a dozen premium balls every year

Wont go into the bank details thing but if you have any problems i suggest you email or PM Mike Harris or one of the team, these guys are brilliant with their customers , garunteed one of them will contact you and sort something out , or at least tell you what went wrong mate ...
ask any of the long termers on here & they will tell ya .. these guys are good

What is more important to you ? A quality magazine dropping through your letterbox every month or a dozen golf balls that will be gone after a few rounds ?

Why do so many get hung up on a dozen 'free' balls ? Look at all the subscription prices, you'll still get a better cost deal on a subscription with no 'freebie'.

I actually chose the no balls option as the main thing for me is;

Guaranteed delivery of my fav golf mag ahead of retail
A subscriber edition with potential subscriber only competitions
Cheaper than retail and no hassle having to keep going to the shop

It's a no brainer:thup:
 
As ive been moving about a bit I havent subsricbed but pick it up each month, I can understand someone not getting balls they thought they would get is annoying, but it is a bit rich to say be wary when you think of the amount of free stuff the GM guys give away, custom fit opportunities and the chance to trial out golf gear for maunfacturers. I know they dont always come via the mag but its the overall offering.

Cant please some people I guess...

I know a dozen balls at my standard may not last long :-D but my daughter is a little upset that I did not get the bonus gift. I don't think I'm being unreasonable to expect to receive what was originally offered for taking out a subscription.
