Decided about 1:30 this afternoon to go for a round so I went and played ruislip , it's a flat parkland course with a par of 69 , I play cack handed , some say I will never improve this way but I played my best round ever today with 6 pars and a birdie in there and managed an 81 , let's hope I can improve even more , had to share it as I'm over the moon

also , if I continued at this standard what would my handicap be ?

It depends on what the Standard Scratch Score of Ruislip is. If it was 69 then your handicap would be around 12 if you played consistently at this level. If the SSS was lower than 69 then your handicap would increase accordingly.

If its comfortable stick with the cack handed grip, its good enough for this guy

Iv played ruislip a lot Over the years and for some reason always struggled to score there but the last time I played it I shot a 78 which is equal to my best round I also hear that it's shutting down soon as they are going to put the new rail line straight through it.

Well done on the good score, how long have you been playing ?
