Music Quiz - Alternative Answers - How many can we get ???

Here's a few that i thought were right but were wrong !!!

1) China Crisis - For the broken cup
2) Crowded House - The room is so full
3) James - one of the books
4) The Christians - All the names of the disciples
5) PIL - The phone looks like a pill which is the commonly used abbreviation for Public Image Ltd
6) Styx - The guy in the picture has a load on his back
7) Television - popular band late 70's early 80's
8) Five - crap boy band
9) The mighty lemondrops
10) Doves - well they're white birds !!!
 
The number 5 on the lampshade had me for ages, trying to spell it different ways: 5, Five, 5ive.

The hand shadows on the right I was convinced it should be The Last Shadow Puppets.

The medal I was thinking Spandau Ballet for 'Gold'.

I thought the Melon must be Happy Mondays until Google put me right.

I also spent ages trying to think of a band name with eels in it.

As others have said some are easy for some and not for others. The melon one was the very first one i got as their track "no rain" is one of my favourites. Worth a listen if you are unfamiliar!!!!!

Yep, I thouight Whitesnake, or that they had changed their name to Whitesnakes.:eek:

Still think T'Pau was a better answer for Enterprise.

I also spent time trying to work out the ifour clue.:o
