Moved to London, where to join?

HI guys, new to this site, first thread,

just moved to London 8 weeks ago, was originally living in birmingham and a member at sutton coldfield golf club, sort of an inland links course, firm fairways, firmer greens, fairly windy, 6500 yards played quite short.

my handicap is 3. so im looking for somewhere with a competitive bunch of low handicappers, i have a houseshare in Chiswick which is not too far from Wimbledon/Richmond sort of area.

Just looking for some advice or peoples opinions on local course and where might suit my best

Played with a guy from Royal Wimbledon last week. He's a low handicapper like me & said its plays tough all year round, plus you can reach it by tube if needed.
