Looking at the preowned section of the Motocaddy website, has anyone ordered from them? Has anyone been able to order from them? Every time I try and add any trolley to my basket, it won't add anything, despite the trolley showing as in stock.

My son bought a trolley from there previously. You can get a really good deal there at times, and his trolley is still going strong.

Have you tried leaving the website, going back in and trying again? Apologies, I know that is a bit of an IT Crowd answer but it is surprising how often it works

Is the item you want definitely in stock? All of the push trolleys are out of stock for example.

Bought a secondhand one from them about 8 years ago. The 3rd time I sent it back for repair I told them to keep it and refund me. Bought a new GoKart for less money and never regretted it.

My current Motocaddy was bought 12 years ago and has only just given up the ghost, not bad all things considered.

I've just tried all of these, and it just refreshes the page. Useless.

Yes I'm seeing that issue on those too.

I appreciate that's probably not the trolley you want, but it shows that it's a problem just on certain products

Yes I'm seeing that issue on those too.

Shame as the first one is a good deal, only £30 more than just the battery on its own and they say the battery is new as well.

I managed to buy one from the pre used site. Have to say that I'm really pleased with it and it came in excellent condition, with a new battery for a lot less than buying it brand new.

Had the same difficulties with the website and ended up phoning them to order.
