Motocaddy/ gps question

Evening all,

Has anyone used a garmin g3 (2010 model I think, grey/green colour) in the motocaddy GPS holder ?

Just want to know if it fit well as the garmin is on the thicker side for a GPS.

Anyone tried one ?

Yes and it doesn't work very well. I have the older style motocaddy gps holder and it is similar in design. Basically because the g3 is thicker it keeps falling off when you go over a bump.

I have it on the gps holder but I also fasten the carbiner clasp onto it so it doesn't fall on the floor.

Thanks for the response, that mean I need to buy a new gps to fit the gps holder
