Not sure if it should be here or in the for sale section, but im after a axel for a motocaddy. On motocaddys website they sell it complete with teh gear box but as my gear box is fine, i only need the axel thanks to a courier c**k up.

Does anyone have or can anyone point me in the direction of a supplier for the axel only.

Cheers.

can you not claim off the courier?

and unless someone is breaking one up not sure you would get an axle on its own.

and if it's a Motocaddy S1 then have a look at the Powerbug website, their Sport uses most of the same electronics and running gear.

Viscount,

im currently in battle with the courier, but the problem i have is there is no impact signs on the box at all. infact the box looks like new so their arguement is that the item must be incorrectly packaged in order for it to arrive broken without the box being impacted or showing any signs of impact damage, which to be fair i can see their point.

Its a courier i use on a day to day and send on average 50-80 parcels a week with. in 3 years i think ive had 4 or 5 bottles of oil split in transit but no lost and no damaged parcels.

So im not fasced with either junking a trolley i paid £90 + £13.00 postage, or pay £50.00 to have it repaired by a motocaddy service centre. if i can get an axel on its own ill change it myself, but motocaddy only sell them as a axel & gear box.

this the one that was for sale by crawford?
Cant see the courier paying out with no signs of impact though :(

keep checking ebay out for broken motocaddy's and hope there is one :)

It was but to be fair this is not crawfords fault in anyway, just argue it with the courier. I suppose what's in my favour is I've used them for years and not had one claim so it should go through fine
