It's called the "Golf Ball Mate".
What would you do if one of your mates turned up on the 1st tee with one of these?

Did you discover that in the new direct golf magazine? I got mine this morning and the monstrosity shown definitely caught my eye. A bargain at 99p.

Golf ball monogrammer - do you really want to spend ages imprinting your new Titleist with indentations (3 letter maximum) when a marker pen does the job perfectly well in about a 100th of the time!

Again not the worst I suppose but could you imagine turning up at the range with this thing?

"YOU CAN now drive the golf ball farther and hit your irons closer to the hole! The revolutionary PYROFLITE TM Microwavable Golf Ball Warmer will not only allow you to hit farther BUT will generally improve your overall golf game"...........now where have I heard that before?

Do you ever fall asleep watching tele and wake up at three in the morning to find the channel you were watching is now trying to flg all this dodgy stuff in the mannor so well put above? I bet most sales are subliminal(sp) :D

Ah. there was a time when the yellow ball was an important part of every golfers supply of balls. They're not so easy to find nowadays, but I do still use them occassionaly in the winter when there's a bit of frost on the gound.

Now the Orange ball, that was a bit silly. If it's snowy enough on the gound to need one of them, it's too snowy to play golf.

Golf ball monogrammer, I dont think is suck a bad idea, marker pens arnt just as tidy. Personal preference that one Id say.
The BigDaddyDriver, hmmm for sale on a site that also sells cock rings, I think that speaks volumes!

Yellow balls, I would never use (I doubt you can get hx tour or pro v1's in florescent yellow!) Though a member of our fourball is now nicknames golden balls as he pulled one out on the first yesterday, it wasnt even that bad a day and still managed to lose one on a riverbank.

I think that any new "invention" is always going to be hard to market as pretty much everything good in golf has been around for years and has been refined year after year.

i got to admit i just bought today a dozen titleist x outs from ag in yellow just to keep 3 in the bag if it snows cause you never know

I've got some rather expensive "don't drop" balls, always lip out. :D

Seriously, i've seen some glow in the dark balls. How long would they last? and what good is seeing the ball in the dark when you can't see your club head, fairway or hole ??????
