He continuously uses "foot" instead of feet. eg. "He's left that four foot short."

I've never stood over a 10 feet putt..... I'm sticking to the 10 footer's ta very much.

I've bought 4 foot posts therefore I can leave a putt 4 foot short :thup:

I've never really thought about it, but I refer to a 4 foot putt.
And then to the next 3 foot putt after I miss the 4 footer.

But I think I would say 3 feet short.

Missed a 6 inch putt, not 6 inches.
