Hi all,

This month we want to know how much your handicap has fallen or risen in 2015. Any exceptional falls? Any concerning rises? Any incredible rounds leading to large cuts? Let us know.

Thanks,

Nick

as my signature shows, had a decent cut after a net 64 (-8) in the May medal triggered an ESR.

started the year on 17.9 but a -6 CSS win in January took me down to my season start

+0.8 so far, maybe 3 or 4 more chances to play.

Hardly played this year, managed the buffer once but the rest all 0.1's. For the second year in a row my only target has been to not go up...... FAILED......so far.... I cling to the hope that I will shoot a score Saturday despite having last picked up a club about 2 weeks ago and not caring if I never pick one up again tbh!

Dropped from 9 in January to 5.5 in February after a 1 over gross and 4 over gross in quick succession. Got down to 4.9 after club champs but levelling at 5.1.

Only down 0.6 (was down 1.0 at one point but drifted back up) which I don't think reflects the improvement in my game but inconsistency is killing me at the moment. Still scope to come down but need to cut out the odd stupid shot and halt the current slide!

started at 7.6, peaked at 8.4, currently at 7.8

at least 7 qualifiers still available to me, possibly 12 depending on if i take time off work.

Climbed from 4.1 to 4.7 despite feeling like this would be my year. However, the game has now slotted into place and i've fallen to 3.7.

a -1 gross in the monthly medal for me a nice .6 cut.

Started the season on 12.9 got down to 6.6, currently 7 dead. I had a golden 6 weeks that did all the damage and am now struggling to play to even 13.

Started season on 4.7 now up to 5.7 :(

played reasonably well most of the time but have developed a terrible habit of having 2 or 3 complete disaster holes nearly every round which have contributed to many .1s back

Started season at 10.3 and ended at 8.9 despite having only managed 2 competitions. First competition 38 points but no cut due to CSS change then a net 64 (-7) for a nice 1.4 cut.

Capability has increased as indicated by birdies and runs of holes but my ability to translate this to Q scores and handicap has failed - so far - this year. I believe that this is a function of playing an average of 8 BB matches per Q event!
Will post to the poll after the 3 Q rounds next week - I have high expectations :)

Currently on 7.7 having started on 7.1 or 7.2 .. yo yo season with a high of 7.8 & low of 6.6

one good 1.2 cut in a medal shot +4 with a triple bogey on one of our easiest holes , (rounded down as on a not shot hole)

Aim is to at least get back to 7 before season ends

Higher handicap than most on here.
Started on 16.5 now at 16.7, mostly in the buffer in comps but never quite right.

Oops quick edit I am playing off 17 so put 17 down, exact h/cap 16.7
