10+ for me as my irons and wedges were replaced en bloc (11 clubs) early last year as the previous ones were getting past their best. Amazingly the putter in the bag is the same one as January last yr! Also have a new strong 3 wood that will be getting a try out in the near future, still got the same hybrid and the driver is the same but still on the naughty step (and hopefully becomes redundant if i like the strong 3 wood)

Must have been as you replied three times. Have a good rest this weekend NB ;)

Two changes for me. New putter and driving iron replacing hybrid. Both changes following advice from my coach and both positive moves :)

Just realised that I have changed all but 2 of my clubs in the last year. I have a new driver, hybrid, set of irons and putter. Only the 3 and 5 woods haven't been replaced. I had no idea I was so fickle!

Everything changed at least once but sadly that is pretty normal for me.

Changed the lot.
New irons last March, wedges, fairways and driver over the Summer and the Putter a couple of months back.
Irons were due to be replaced and the the chance to get Orka'd came up.
Wedges were almost due but were changed early to fill gaps and leave room for an extra club at the top end
My constant driver woes have been lessened by a Cleveland Classic Custom and I picked up a couple of Launcher fairways in my spec for next to nowt in AG.
Plus a hybrid I seem to be able to hit straight - Cleveland Classic too..
The putter was a strange one. I've as the White Hot Tour No.7 for a couple of years almost but was struggling sometimes with distance control.
Picked up a Ping Redwood Piper on the cheap and it's keeping the No.7 on the bench.......never thought the No7 would get bounced......

1 for me, so voted 2-3

I added a 21' hybrid in November to make up the 14. With our Par 3s being quite long I was finding my 24'H wasn't always long enough but my 5W flight was too low and I found it difficult to hold the greens. The 21'H gives me the length of the 5W with the flight of the hybrid and fits the bill perfectly.

What are the reasons behind the changes? What are your favourite new clubs?

I'm ashamed to say more than 10. In face the only club in my bag from this time last year is my Scotty Cameron putter

Reasons behind changes are simple. Custom fitting.

Every club in my bag has now either been fitted or had shafts recommended by fitters. The difference has been marked.

I didn't have a bag in Jan 13!! I came back to golf at the start of the summer after a 5 year lay off...

Started again with a 2nd hand mixed bag of Callaway driver, Hogan irons, vokey wedge and TM putter
6 months later only the driver remains (and not for long - G25 soon....) Irons and wedges are now Ping and the putter is a 2 ball..

New Cobra amp cell driver and 3/4W and a new Mizuno t102 putter since this time last year.

Driver is my favourite at the minute got it as an upgrade.
Fairway wood. Had prize voucher to spend and felt I needed something at the top.
Putter, felt nice when I tried it and a little less shocking to my FC's than my other flat stick.

6 changes so far. With more due

3 wood change, because. Ebay.

2 iron in the bag, for a lower ball flight

All wedges changed and will be altered further because I'm dropping one and altering the degree on the other two

Putter changed as well because I was struggling for confidence over shorter putts, that's all better now though.

Also due to change my irons round as well

Lots of change, all have been good so far

I took the 4 iron out to put another wedge in on the advice of my teaching pro as we're working on the short game!
