I originally voted 0. But today have brought a new putter after a chat with my teaching pro. Showed him my putter and a few practice swings.

Was told I had a putter that was wrong for me, the Toe End was too heavy for my stance and stroke. So tried three Oydssey putters. Settled on the White Hot Pro 5. Putts beautifully, my only issue is user error at the moment. Hitting it about 8 feet past all the time, making the one back. Looking forward too a little more practice with it and I can see it improving the best part off my game :D

2,

Adams pro a12 #3, more consistent and better spaced between 3w and 4i

Cleveland vp1 milled putter, ping I cradle showed I was using the wrong style putter for my stroke

I polled 8 - 10.

Changed my putter halfway through last season got fitted for and received a full set of Titleist irons. I have also a trial 4 wood in my bag just now.

All in all a massive difference, admittedly most took place in the last three months of last year.

1 change - putter

Reason, cosmetically it had plenty dings & minor chip but more important I felt I could get more control of the roll off the face with a better quality putter... it worked too :)

5 changes for me...

2 new wedges as my old ones were getting old & worn out.

5 Wood & hybrid, to better fill the gap between my 3 wood & 4 iron.

Putter, thanks to the GM/Ping day at Forest of Arden.

13 for me, I just don't seem to be able to let go of my 910H 19*.

The reason was mostly condition. The JPX 800 Pros were knackered, a snapped shaft, some rust on heads, probably in hindsight the shaft was too stiff. I replaced with JPX 825 Pro. Wedges replaced, Vokeys warn out and rusty, replaced with MP R12s. Replaced 909 D2 with a 913 D2, I have kept the 909 as I am still not 100% that the 913 is better. Gave my bro my 910F and got a 913F, it was a great decision! The 3 wood was got just cos I know my bro wanted one and probably wanted mine.

Favorite clubs: Mizuno MP R12s are wonderful!! Titleist 913F might be the best wood ever! and the old Titleist 910H gets an honorable mention.

I have changed 6 clubs since January 2013.

I originally had a set of Taylormade Burner Irons, which for a number of reasons I barely used in 2012 and during our house extension my irons actually rusted, so I had to replace them. I purchased a set of Ping G25's (5 iron to PW) and haven't looked back. Love the look of the club, I'm playing the best golf I've ever played, had my most successful year and had a decent handicap reduction....definitely my favourite clubs :-) This year I need to relearn how to hit my driver, and then look to replace it I think.

No permanent changes at the moment, although I have just borrowed my sons 60 degree lob wedge to give it a try (never used a wedge that high before). I'm also looking at changing my G15 for a G25 with increased loft, and possibly the 2 hybrid for a Ping driving iron when they become available.

12 for me!

Change of irons, down to 1 hybrid, Driver change, different wedges.

Only 3-wood and Putter (though alternate is currently in there) same as last year

10 clubs changed.
Hybrid changed fron titleist 585 to 910 to match driver and fairway wood,
Wedges changed after damaging my 52deg, Taylor made to vokey 52 & 58,
Irons upgraded from original ap2's to 714 ap2's after fitting (1/2" longer and stiffer shaft) thanks to long service award from work.
