Hi,

After picking the brains of the people who know a bit about PPI.

If you had a IVA that has finished , could you still look at claiming ref PPI or would that money just go back to the firms/banks that were not paid in full to start off with due to the IVA ?

Not sure about the answer, but have a look at this site http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/forum.php someone there will know. Even if the debt is still there write the letter anyway, its worth the price of a stamp. I've had a few thousand back just from one letter.
