Morning all,
I emailed MikeH regarding the problems we've been having with the number of posts being shunted into a siding awaiting Mod Approval.
He has passed it on to the Tech Guys and here's the latest update.
They've changed a setting in VBulletin, so that now once a user has posted ten times in the forum, their posts will no longer be scanned by the anti-spam filter as it is assumed that they are genuine users as opposed to spammers. Previously, every post was being scanned regardless of how many times a user had posted.
Hopefully this will help alleviate the problem of too many posts requiring moderation.
