I'm hoping people aren't sick of / dislike these sort of posts but i'm hoping to find an honest opinion of this driver. I have searched reviews online but they are all either from retailers or others trying to sell it.

American golf appear to be doing a very good deal on it so I will be going to try it out tomorrow. Has anyone else had any experience with it? I like the sound of the shallower face and as I seem to get hold of my Mizuno 3 wood quite well I thought i'd give it a go.

I have one myself. They are great driver cant understand why they are not more popular.

I love the white shaft and get reasonable distance our of it too. Don't use the weights to shape shots other than to have them right foward for low flight.

Just liked the head shape of the fast track against the reg 630.

Its a cracking club - Long and pretty forgiving.
The only reason I didn't buy one was the slightly annoying whistling noise the weights and track made when swinging the club. If you can live with it give it a go.

I have one and I think it is great for distance and shaping the shot, it is also very forgiving. I do not hear any whistling during stroke but then I am a little deaf.

Hi Sundance...did you mean MP 630? if so I've got one and its found it's way back into my bag over my Nike VR which I've now sold.

It's a great club and makes a very satisfying noise when hit out of the middle. The weight adjustment really does work and makes a difference. I don't notice a whistling sound from the weights, but then I've never really listened out for one.

It's a good choice and has a great stock shaft fitted.

I did mean the MP yes, I'm getting confused with my current MX-700 3 wood.

I called my local AG to try this on the range yesterday and when I arrived the club was all taped up and ready. What I didnt realise until after hitting it and deciding I wanted to buy it was that I had actually been hitting the non fast track version despite requesting it and being told it was the fast track one. I assume the difference between the two is small, mainly around the moveable weight technology and that if I liked the regular then the fast track would also be too my liking. As they were the same price I have ordered the fast track online as none of my local store had stock of it.

Am I going to notice a significant difference? I have taken a bit of a gamble as I didnt want to miss out on the good price.

This was delivered yesterday, I'm heading to the range to get the feeling of it then its going into the bag for the monthly stableford tomorrow and foursomes trophy on Sunday :D
