Mizuno MX-19

Forget it......replace I-601s with mx19s????

Everyone around here will say how good the MX19s are, just run a search; they are the most asked about iron on here probably.

I just don't see why you'd want to replace one with the other, you won't gain anything i.m.o.
 
Got to agree with Real about these being the most asked about irons on this site.

I don't know the Srixon iron that you've got, but I do have the Mizzys. I love 'em, but as anyone on here will tell you, try as many clubs as you can before buying to see what suits you. I got down to the Ping G5s and the MX19s, choice was made by the wife ultimately, so I had the cheaper MX19s.

The long irons are easy to hit, at the moment I find them easier than rescue clubs, (I have quite a steep angle of attack apparently!), and the short irons have more than enough feel for a player of my standard. Been playing around with different balls to see how the feel changes around the green. I've added an MP R 60 deg and are looking at getting the 52 deg same to fit the gap between the PW and the SW. Maybe I'm all the gear no idea, but I figured that I need all the help I can get / afford!
 
I was looking at the I-601s before the MX19s but went with these as they are far easier to play with and with the I-701s out now I thought about the value over the next couple of years.
 
Deffo have a look at custom fitting your exsisting gear rather than fork out for more, I have the WG701 wedge and find it great, a lot better than most wedges I have tried.
